Installation dates are assigned in the order they are reserved.
One owner, one crew, and a fixed number of hanging days between October and Thanksgiving. Estates and properties with mature trees take the longest, and they are the first dates to go.

Every photograph on this page is a house Charles's crew lit. Nothing is staged, bought or rendered — these are the rooflines, drives and trees as they actually looked on the night the work was finished.
An S-curve, lit the whole way in.
The drive edging follows the curve rather than cutting across it, and the specimen trees on both sides are wrapped trunk to branch tip — so the approach is lit long before the house is, and the whole property reads as one idea instead of three.
A pair of mature trees like these takes the crew most of a morning on its own. It is the entire difference between a lit tree and a tree with lights on it.

Featured installations
Three properties, three different problems.
Six gables, one continuous line.
A facade this broken up is where most installations fall apart. Every gable, dormer and return is run at the same drop and spacing, so the roof reads as one line rather than six separate runs.
Wreaths, garland and a symmetric front.
A traditional elevation asks for traditional work: garland run up every column, a wreath hung and lit in each window, and the pair of entry trees matched so the symmetry the architect drew is the symmetry you see.
The side of the house you actually sit on.
Cafe lights swagged over the terrace, the pavilion roofline picked out and the shrubs netted in colour — lighting for the part of the property the family uses, not only the part the street sees.
The people who paint the house in June are the people who light it in December.

Book by early-to-mid October for a guaranteed date. The calendar fills quickly from Thanksgiving on, and larger rooflines or properties with more trees take longer than a single afternoon.
We supply and install commercial-grade lights, clips and connectors as part of the job. There is nothing for you to buy, store or untangle beforehand.
Most homes are a single day — roofline plus a handful of trees. Larger elevations, driveway edging or estate-scale properties can run two.
Removal is scheduled for you before the season ends — the same crew, the same ladders, nothing left hanging into February.
Yes. Everything is untangled, tested and boxed by run at teardown, ready to go back up the same way the following year.
